Perfect base for a 2-night stay. We truly enjoyed the location and people. The hotel had everything we required for our trip. It was 4-6 minutes walking distance from the Volcano city center. The hostess upon arrival was the best. The bungalow suited us: it had a coffee maker, ironing facilities, and a DVD player.

The room was spacious and well-furnished, making it comfortable for our stay.

The self-serve breakfast was only fair and didn't meet our expectations.

The staff and the hostess were very friendly, the room was great with an extra heater, a large bed, television, microwave and fridge.

The lodge's staff was very friendly and informative, making us feel at home during our 4-night stay. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and served directly in our room's mini fridge, allowing us to heat it up whenever we wanted. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept exceptionally clean. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, such as soap, shampoo, hairdryer, and iron. Additionally, the location of this lodge was perfect, being only about a 5-minute drive from the National Park and surrounded by beautiful tropical forest.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, close to the Volcano and only a ten-minute drive to the park. The food was great, and the staff was excellent and friendly. The property was also conveniently located near a rainforest, jungle, and a unique gallery just two miles away.

We had an incredible stay at this lodge! The best aspects of our experience were the peacefulness and the feeling of being surrounded by nature with the glass windows in our cabin. We loved the complete privacy it provided. Another highlight was the free snacks available all hours. The breakfast, prepared the day before and easy to warm up in our room, was delicious and varied each day. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in the middle of a rainforest, providing a calm and quiet atmosphere. It was also very close to the National Park, making it convenient for hiking and exploring. the cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfast, and staff made our stay exceptional.

Loved waking up to the sound of rain on the tin roof, felt like a cozy treehouse in the rainforest. The staff was friendly and the breakfast delivered to our room was delicious. The view of the rainforest from the glass walls was breathtaking. I highly recommend this unique and peaceful experience at Volcano Village Lodge!

Wonderful hotel, it has good restaurant and absolutely perfect location by beautiful plants. The venue has well decorated rooms with the huge windows all around, tropical goodies. The employees are all very friendly. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is great! Thank you for a really lovely stay.
